Ingredients (1 large pizza | 2–3 servings)

Cheese Crust

  • 2½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 tbsp melted butter or beef tallow

Toppings

  • 8–10 slices bacon (cooked crispy, chopped)

  • 1–1½ cups shredded mozzarella (for topping)

  • Optional (still carnivore):

    • Extra Parmesan

    • Sliced pepperoni

    • Cooked ground beef or sausage


Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (important).

2️⃣ Make the Cheese Crust

  • In a bowl mix:

    • Mozzarella

    • Parmesan

    • Egg

    • Melted butter

  • Mix until well combined.

3️⃣ Form the Crust

  • Spread mixture onto parchment into a round pizza shape (¼-inch thick).

  • Press edges slightly thicker to form a crust.

4️⃣ Pre-Bake

  • Bake crust for 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.

  • Remove from oven and let rest 2–3 minutes (helps firmness).

5️⃣ Add Toppings

  • Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over crust.

  • Add chopped crispy bacon.
