Ingredients (1 large pizza | 2–3 servings)
Cheese Crust

2½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 large egg

1 tbsp melted butter or beef tallow
Toppings

8–10 slices bacon (cooked crispy, chopped)

1–1½ cups shredded mozzarella (for topping)

Cooked ground beef or sausage

Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (important).
2️⃣ Make the Cheese Crust

In a bowl mix:

Mozzarella

Parmesan

Egg
-
Melted butter

Mix until well combined.
3️⃣ Form the Crust

Spread mixture onto parchment into a round pizza shape (¼-inch thick).

Press edges slightly thicker to form a crust.
4️⃣ Pre-Bake

Bake crust for 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Remove from oven and let rest 2–3 minutes (helps firmness).
5️⃣ Add Toppings

Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over crust.

Add chopped crispy bacon.

Add any optional meats if using.
6️⃣ Final Bake

Return to oven for 8–10 minutes until cheese is fully melted and bubbling.
7️⃣ Optional Broil

Rest & Slice
