👨🍳 Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease a baking dish or cast-iron pan. -
Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
Leave a little bacon fat in the pan. -
Add ground beef to the skillet and sauté until browned.
Season with salt, pepper, and optional spices. -
Spread beef evenly in the baking dish, sprinkle cooked bacon on top.

Pour egg mixture over the meat + bacon.
