🧾 Ingredients

  • 500g (1 lb) ground beef (80/20 preferred)
  • 4–6 slices cheddar cheese (or any hard cheese)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella (optional, for extra melt)
  • 1 egg
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Optional (if not strict): a little black pepper

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prepare the meat “wrap”

  • In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt and egg
  • Divide into 6–8 portions
  • Place each portion between parchment paper and flatten into thin rectangles (like egg roll wrappers)

2. Add filling

  • Place a slice of cheddar (and some mozzarella if using) in the center
  • Keep edges clean so they seal properly

3. Roll them

  • Carefully roll the beef around the cheese like an egg roll
  • Seal edges by pressing firmly

4. Air fry
