Carnivore Air Fryer Cheeseburger Egg Rolls (Strict-Friendly)
🧾 Ingredients
- 500g (1 lb) ground beef (80/20 preferred)
- 4–6 slices cheddar cheese (or any hard cheese)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella (optional, for extra melt)
- 1 egg
- Salt (to taste)
- Optional (if not strict): a little black pepper
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Prepare the meat “wrap”
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt and egg
- Divide into 6–8 portions
- Place each portion between parchment paper and flatten into thin rectangles (like egg roll wrappers)
2. Add filling
- Place a slice of cheddar (and some mozzarella if using) in the center
- Keep edges clean so they seal properly
3. Roll them
- Carefully roll the beef around the cheese like an egg roll
- Seal edges by pressing firmly
- Make sure there are no gaps (to prevent cheese leaking)
4. Air fry
- Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F)
- Place rolls seam-side down
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway
- Cook until browned and fully cooked
5. Rest & serve
- Let them rest 3–5 minutes (cheese will be very hot)
- Slice and serve warm
🍽️ Serving Suggestions
- Eat as-is (perfect carnivore snack)
- Serve with fried eggs or extra melted butter
- Great for meal prep or high-protein meals
🔥 Tips
- Use thin layers of beef so they cook evenly
- If cheese leaks, don’t worry — it creates crispy edges 😍
- For extra flavor, wrap with bacon before air frying
