Browned Butter Carnivore Candies
Ingredients

1 cup (2 sticks / 225g) unsalted butter

½ cup heavy whipping cream

2 tbsp collagen powder (or gelatin powder)

Pinch of sea salt (optional but recommended)

Optional (still carnivore):

Few drops vanilla extract

Extra browned butter for topping

Instructions
1️⃣ Brown the Butter

Add butter to a saucepan over medium heat.

Let it melt and gently bubble.

Stir often until butter turns golden brown and smells nutty.

Remove from heat immediately to avoid burning.
2️⃣ Make the Candy Base

While butter is still hot, whisk in heavy cream slowly.

Sprinkle in collagen or gelatin, whisking constantly to avoid lumps.

Add a pinch of salt (and vanilla if using).

Mix until smooth and glossy.
3️⃣ Set the Candies

Pour mixture into silicone molds or a parchment-lined dish.

Tap gently to remove air bubbles.

Refrigerate 1–2 hours until fully set.
Serve

Cut into small candy squares.

Drizzle with extra browned butter if desired.

Store in fridge up to 7 days.
