Ingredients (makes about 12 cookies):
1 cup cottage cheese
1 ripe banana, mashed
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup fresh blueberries
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
Step 1: Preheat & Prepare
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Mix Ingredients
In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, mashed banana, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Step 3: Add Dry Ingredients
Stir in rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until well mixed, then gently fold in blueberries.
Step 4: Shape & Bake
