Banana Oat Mug Dessert
4 ripe bananas
1 egg
1/3 cup (80 ml) milk (dairy or plant milk)
1 cup (100 g) oats
1/2 tsp baking powder (optional, for fluffiness)
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Pinch of salt
Optional add-ins: chopped nuts, raisins, or dark sugar-free chocolate
In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
Add:
Egg
Milk
Oats
Baking powder
Cinnamon & salt
Mix well until combined.
Lightly grease a microwave-safe mug or bowl.
Pour batter in (fill only ¾ full).
Microwave for 2–3 minutes depending on your microwave power.
Check at 2 minutes
Top should look set and springy
Let cool 2–3 minutes.
Eat warm straight from the mug!
