 Ingredients

For the Steak

  • Beef steaks (ribeye, sirloin, or strip) – 2 steaks (200–250 g each)

  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp

  • Salt – 1 tsp (or to taste)

  • Black pepper – 1 tsp

  • Paprika – ½ tsp

  • Garlic powder – ½ tsp (optional)

Garlic Butter Topping

  • Butter – 2 tbsp, softened

  • Garlic – 2 cloves, finely minced

  • Fresh parsley – 1 tbsp, chopped

  • Pinch of salt

 Instructions

  1. Bring steak to room temperature
    Remove steaks from fridge 20–30 minutes before cooking.

    Heat to 200°C (400°F) for 3–5 minutes.

    Mix butter, garlic, parsley, and salt.
    Spoon onto steaks immediately after cooking.

  6. Rest
    Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
