 Ingredients
For the Steak

Beef steaks (ribeye, sirloin, or strip) – 2 steaks (200–250 g each)

Olive oil – 1 tbsp

Salt – 1 tsp (or to taste)

Black pepper – 1 tsp

Paprika – ½ tsp
-
Garlic powder – ½ tsp (optional)
Garlic Butter Topping

Butter – 2 tbsp, softened

Garlic – 2 cloves, finely minced

Fresh parsley – 1 tbsp, chopped

Pinch of salt
 Instructions

Bring steak to room temperature
Remove steaks from fridge 20–30 minutes before cooking. -
Season
Pat dry. Rub with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. -
Preheat air fryer
Heat to 200°C (400°F) for 3–5 minutes. -
Cook steaks
Place steaks in basket (do not overlap).-
Medium-rare: 7–8 min, flip halfway

Medium: 9–10 min

Well-done: 11–12 min

Add garlic butter
Mix butter, garlic, parsley, and salt.
Spoon onto steaks immediately after cooking. -
Rest
Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
