Instructions

In a large bowl, mix:

  • Onion

  • Garlic

  • Salt, pepper, and spices

Mix well.


3️⃣ Assemble the Rolls

  • Place 2 tablespoons of filling in each cabbage leaf.

  • Fold the sides in and roll tightly.

In a pan, mix:

  • Salt, pepper

  • Sugar

  • Water

  • Spread a thin layer of sauce in a pot.
