ZERO-CARB CARNIVORE FLATBREAD
Ingredients (2 ONLY)

4 large eggs

2 tbsp beef tallow or butter (for cooking & brushing)

Salt (optional, to taste)
That’s it. No cheese. No cream cheese. No flour.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Make the batter

Crack 4 eggs into a bowl

Whisk very well until fully smooth and slightly frothy
(No water, no milk)
Heat the pan

Use a non-stick or cast-iron pan
-
Heat on LOW–MEDIUM
-
Add a small amount of beef tallow or butter
Cook like flatbread
-
Pour a thin layer of egg mixture into the pan
-
Tilt the pan to spread it like a crepe
-
Cook slowly (important!) until:

Bottom is set
-
Top looks dry (about 1–2 minutes)

Flip gently
-
Flip carefully
-
Cook the second side 30–40 seconds
-
Remove and place on a plate
Repeat

Grease pan lightly each time
-
Stack flatbreads on top of each other
Finish (key to softness)

Brush each hot flatbread with melted butter or beef fat
-
Cover with a towel for 5 minutes
This traps steam and makes them soft, layered, and bendable like the photo.
