🥩 Carnivore Egg & Cottage Cheese Protein Bake

Soft, fluffy, and perfect for breakfast or snack

Ingredients

  • 1 large egg

  • ½ cup full-fat cottage cheese

  • Pinch of salt (optional)

  • 1 tbsp butter or beef tallow (for greasing)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) or preheat air fryer to 350°F.

  2. Blend egg and cottage cheese until completely smooth and creamy.

  3. Grease a small ramekin or oven-safe bowl with butter or tallow.

  4. Pour the mixture into the dish.

  5. Bake

    • Oven: 15–18 minutes

    • Air fryer: 10–12 minutes

  6. Check — top should be set and slightly golden.

  7. Rest for 2 minutes, then remove and enjoy!
