ZERO-CARB CARNIVORE FLATBREAD

Ingredients (2 ONLY)

  • 4 large eggs

  • 2 tbsp beef tallow or butter (for cooking & brushing)

  • Salt (optional, to taste)

That’s it. No cheese. No cream cheese. No flour.


Step-by-Step Instructions

1️⃣ Make the batter

  • Crack 4 eggs into a bowl

  • Whisk very well until fully smooth and slightly frothy
    (No water, no milk)

2️⃣ Heat the pan

  • Use a non-stick or cast-iron pan

  • Heat on LOW–MEDIUM

  • Add a small amount of beef tallow or butter

3️⃣ Cook like flatbread

  • Pour a thin layer of egg mixture into the pan

  • Tilt the pan to spread it like a crepe

  • Cook slowly (important!) until:

    • Bottom is set

    • Top looks dry (about 1–2 minutes)

4️⃣ Flip gently

  • Flip carefully

  • Cook the second side 30–40 seconds

  • Remove and place on a plate

5️⃣ Repeat

  • Grease pan lightly each time

  • Stack flatbreads on top of each other

6️⃣ Finish (key to softness)

  • Brush each hot flatbread with melted butter or beef fat

  • Cover with a towel for 5 minutes

👉 This traps steam and makes them soft, layered, and bendable like the photo.
