 Ingredients

Dough

  • 3½ cups (440 g) all-purpose flour

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1½ tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp instant yeast

  • 1¼ cups warm water (about 40°C / 105°F)

  2. Shape into round flat discs (about 1–1.5 cm thick).

  3. Place on a parchment-lined baking tray.

  4. Cover and rest for 20 minutes.

Mix egg yolk, milk (or yogurt), and olive oil until smooth.
