Ingredients (4–6 servings)

2 lb ground meat (80/20 beef recommended)
or 1 lb beef + 1 lb pork for extra juiciness -
2 large eggs

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Colby Jack)

½ cup heavy cream
(or sour cream / cream cheese for richer texture) -
1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)

½ tsp black pepper (optional)

½ tsp garlic powder (optional, not strict carnivore)

2 tbsp melted butter or beef tallow
Optional Carnivore Glaze (Highly Recommended)

¼ cup heavy cream

½ cup shredded cheese (same as above)
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Mix

In a large bowl combine:

Ground meat

Eggs
-
Heavy cream
-
Shredded cheese
-
Salt, pepper (and garlic powder if using)

Mix gently with hands (don’t overwork).
3️⃣ Shape

Transfer mixture into loaf pan.

Press lightly to form a loaf.

Pour melted butter or tallow over the top.
4️⃣ Bake

Bake uncovered for 45–55 minutes, until internal temp hits 160°F (71°C).
5️⃣ Add Glaze (Optional)

Remove meatloaf from oven.

Mix glaze ingredients and spread on top.

Return to oven for 10 more minutes until bubbly.
6️⃣ Rest & Serve

Let rest 10 minutes before slicing (important!).
