🧾 Ingredients

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces

1 Tbsp olive oil

2 Tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

¼ cup chicken broth (optional, for sauce)

Optional garnish: chopped parsley, grated Parmesan, lemon wedge
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Season the Chicken
In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with flour, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until lightly coated.
2️⃣ Sear
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken and cook 4–5 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
3️⃣ Make Garlic Butter Sauce
Reduce heat to low. Add butter to the skillet.
Once melted, stir in garlic and cook 30–60 seconds until fragrant (do not brown).
4️⃣ Combine
Return chicken to the pan. Add chicken broth if using.
Toss to coat and simmer 1–2 minutes until glossy.
5️⃣ Serve
Remove from heat. Garnish with parsley, Parmesan, or a squeeze of lemon if desired.
