Description
These baked tortilla wraps are filled with seasoned ground beef and gooey melted cheese, then oven-baked until golden and crispy on top. They’re easy to make, customizable, and great for weeknight dinners or school-lunch leftovers.
 Ingredients
For the filling

1 lb (450 g) ground beef

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp chili powder (optional, mild)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

½ cup tomato sauce or salsa
For assembling

6–8 large flour tortillas

1½–2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)

For baking

2 tbsp melted butter or olive oil (for brushing)
 Instructions

Preheat oven
Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish. -
Cook the beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned.
Drain excess fat if needed. -
Add flavor
Add onion and garlic. Cook 2–3 minutes until soft.
Stir in paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, and tomato sauce.
Simmer for 3–5 minutes. Remove from heat. -
Assemble wraps
