 Ingredients
For the Salisbury Steaks

 Instructions

Make the Patties
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper until just combined.
Shape into 6–8 oval patties. -
Optional Browning (Recommended)
Lightly brown patties in a skillet over medium heat (2–3 minutes per side).
This adds flavor but can be skipped if short on time. -
Slow Cook
Place patties in the crockpot.
Pour French onion soup evenly over the top. -
