🍕 Quick & Easy Carnivore Cheeseburger Pizza Pie
⏱ Ready in: 25–30 minutes
🍽 Serves: 4–6
🧾 Ingredients
Base / crust
-
1 lb (450g) ground beef
-
1 tsp salt
-
½ tsp pepper (optional)
-
½ tsp garlic powder (optional — skip for strict carnivore)
Toppings
-
1–1½ cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
-
4–6 slices cooked bacon, chopped (optional but recommended)
-
¼ cup sugar-free ketchup or ¼ cup tomato paste (optional — not strict carnivore)
-
2–3 eggs (helps bind cheese for a “pizza” top)
Strict Carnivore Version: skip tomato/ketchup & seasonings — use just beef, cheese & eggs.
🔥 Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
-
Press ground beef evenly into a baking dish or cast-iron pan to form a “meat crust.”
-
Season with salt (and optional seasonings).
-
Bake 10 minutes, then drain excess fat if you want a firmer base.
-
Optional: spread a very thin layer of sugar-free ketchup or tomato paste over the beef crust.
-
Sprinkle half the cheese on top.
-
In a bowl, whisk eggs, then pour gently over cheese — this melts into the topping and keeps it thick.
-
Add remaining cheese + chopped bacon.
-
Bake 10–12 minutes more, until bubbly and golden.
-
Let rest 5 minutes before slicing so it holds together like a pizza pie.
🍽 Serving Ideas
-
Drizzle melted cheese over slices
-
Add a fried egg on top for extra protein
-
Serve with beef patties on the side for a full carnivore meal
