🦐 Classic Seafood Salad 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped

  • 1 cup cooked crab meat (or imitation crab), shredded

  • 1 cup cooked calamari rings (optional)

  • ½ cup celery, finely chopped

  • ¼ cup red onion, finely diced

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 tbsp capers (optional)

  • Lemon wedges for serving

Dressing

  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning (optional)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep the seafood:
    Make sure all seafood is cooked, chilled, and chopped into bite-size pieces.

  2. Make the dressing:
    In a bowl, whisk together mayo, olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, and seasoning.

  3. Combine everything:
    In a large bowl, mix the seafood, celery, onion, parsley, and capers.

  4. Add dressing:
    Toss gently to coat. Taste and adjust seasoning.

  5. Chill:
    Refrigerate at least 30 minutes for flavors to develop.

  6. Serve:
    Enjoy on toasted bread, over lettuce, or with crackers.
