Instructions

Prepare the Cabbage
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Remove core from cabbage and carefully peel off 10–12 leaves. Boil leaves for 2–3 minutes until flexible. Drain and cool. -
Make the Filling
In a large bowl, combine ground meat, cooked rice, onion, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix gently. -
Assemble Rolls
