🥨 Yorkshire Pudding in the Air Fryer

🧾 Ingredients

½ cup all-purpose flour

½ cup milk (room temperature)

2 large eggs (room temperature)

¼ tsp salt
-
2–3 tbsp beef drippings, vegetable oil, or sunflower oil
🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Batter

In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk until smooth

Add flour and salt
-
Whisk until lump-free (thin pancake batter consistency)

Rest batter 15–30 minutes (important for rise)
2️⃣ Preheat Air Fryer

Preheat air fryer to 400°F / 200°C for 5 minutes

Place a muffin tin or heat-safe ramekins inside

Add ½ tsp oil to each cup

Heat until oil is very hot and smoking
3️⃣ Fill & Cook

Carefully remove hot tin

Pour batter into each cup (fill ½ full only)

Return to air fryer
👉 Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes

4️⃣ Serve Immediately
