🧂 Ingredients
🥩 Meat Layers

1½ lb (700 g) ground beef (80/20)

1 tsp salt
-
½ tsp black pepper (optional)
🧀 Cheese Layers

2 cups whole-milk ricotta cheese

2 large eggs
-
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
-
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
🧈 For Cooking

1 tbsp butter or beef tallow
🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat Oven

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Grease an 8×8-inch or similar baking dish with butter or tallow.
2️⃣ Cook the Beef

Heat skillet over medium-high.

Add butter or tallow.

Add ground beef and salt.

Cook until browned.

Drain excess fat (leave a little for flavor).

Set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Cheese Mixture

In a bowl, mix:

Ricotta

Eggs

Parmesan

Stir until smooth.
4️⃣ Assemble the Lasagna
Layer in this order:

Ground beef (⅓ of meat)

Ricotta mixture (⅓)

Repeat layers two more times, finishing with mozzarella on top.
