🍕🥩 Carnivore Pizza Burger (Crustless Meat Pizza)

🧂 Ingredients (1 large pizza-burger)

1 lb (450 g) ground beef (80/20 works best)

1 tsp salt (or to taste)

½ tsp black pepper (optional)

½ tsp garlic powder (optional – omit for strict carnivore)

¾–1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Optional toppings (all carnivore):

Pepperoni slices

Cooked bacon bits

Italian sausage

🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Meat Base

In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt (and optional seasonings).

Place beef onto a plate or parchment.

Press into a large thin round patty, about 8–9 inches wide (pizza size).
2️⃣ Cook the Meat
Stovetop Method (Best for crispiness):

Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.

Place the patty in the dry skillet.
-
Cook 5–6 minutes until deeply browned.

Flip carefully and cook another 4–5 minutes.

Spoon off excess fat if needed.

3️⃣ Add Cheese & Toppings

Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the top.

Add Parmesan and any meat toppings.

Cover skillet with a lid OR transfer to oven.
4️⃣ Melt the Cheese

Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook 2–3 minutes

Place under broiler for 2–3 minutes until bubbly and golden.
5️⃣ Rest & Serve

Let rest 2 minutes.

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)

Press beef into a round on parchment-lined tray

Bake 15 minutes, drain fat
