Carnivore Sandwich Bread (Egg & Cheese)
Ingredients

6 large eggs (room temperature)

1½ cups shredded mozzarella or mild cheddar

2 tbsp cream cheese (softened)

½ tsp salt (optional)

½ tsp baking powder (optional but helps rise)

1 tbsp butter or beef tallow (for greasing)

Blender or food processor

Small loaf pan or square baking dish

Oven
Instructions

Preheat oven

Set oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease your pan with butter or tallow.

Blend
-
Add eggs, shredded cheese, cream cheese, salt, and baking powder to blender.

Blend until completely smooth (no cheese chunks).

Bake
-
Pour batter into prepared pan.

Bake for 30–35 minutes, until:

Top is lightly golden

Center is set
-
Toothpick comes out clean

Cool
-
Let cool in pan for 10–15 minutes.

Remove and cool fully before slicing (important for sandwich texture).
